Disaggregation Solution
(makes 1 liter)

6.81 g NaCl
0.05 g KCl
0.56 g Tris Base
0.117 g EDTA
1000 mL ddH2O
Phenol Red (a few drops to indicate pH)

Adjust pH to ~7.4. Sterile Filter prior to using; do not autoclave.
